Policy regarding Use of Brewbaker Field/ Fox Field and/or Concession Stand outside of official RARO programs and events – Those wishing to use Brewbaker Field and/or Fox Field for any event or reason other than scheduled official RARO events, must request use by filling out this form and submitting to Lexington Public Works Department, to the attention of David Woody. Such use is approved through the offices of Public Works, RARO and the City Manager. Any group who secures permission for use of the field(s) must take full responsibility for field preparation and supply both materials and equipment to do so. Any group who gains approval to use the facilities for a fundraiser must provide to the RARO offices accounting for monies taken in as a result of this use and designate an approved activity or program as the beneficiary. 

Additionally, any person or group requesting to use the Brewbaker concession stand for a fund raiser must secure permission though the offices of RARO. Any group who gains approval to use the concession stand must provide to the RARO offices accounting for monies taken in as a result of this use and designate an approved activity or program as the beneficiary. This form must be filled out and submitted to the RARO offices for approval. After approval, keys appropriate for use will be issued for return as noted on the form after use is completed.
